Modern Slavery Statement
Financial Year 2024
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Nteractive Consulting & Events Limited (Nteractive) is taking to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains.
1. Organisation Structure and Supply Chains
Nteractive is a consultancy business providing project management and specialist services to create high-impact brand experiences. We are headquartered in the United Kingdom with satellite operations in the United States of America; however, we operate globally. Our supply chains include staffing, logistics, hired products, bespoke manufacturing, caterers and venues.
2. Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place in our business or supply chains. Our relevant policies include:
Ethical Sourcing Policy
Whistleblowing Policy
These policies are reviewed annually and are communicated to all employees. As the business matures, we intend to develop a supplier code of conduct.
3. Due Diligence Processes
When considering adding a new organisation to our Supplier Chain or re-engaging an existing organisation, we conduct an ABLE assessment:
A – Anti-slavery and human trafficking
B – Business Integrity
L – Labour Rights
E – Environmental Responsibility
4. Risk Assessment and Management
We assess the risk of modern slavery based on:
Geographical location of our suppliers
Industries with known risks (e.g. agriculture, textiles, manufacturing, hospitality)
Suppliers reliant on subcontracting and outsourcing labour
Our relationship and working history with the supplier
High-risk suppliers are subject to enhanced due diligence and monitoring. We maintain a risk register and review it annually.
5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
To measure the effectiveness of our efforts, we track:
Percentage of staff trained on modern slavery awareness
Number of reported incidents and actions taken
Annual review of the effectiveness of our approach and improvements required.
6. Training on Modern Slavery and Trafficking
We provide training to employees to help them identify and respond to signs of modern slavery. Training is refreshed annually, and we regularly review the content to ensure it remains current.
7. Approval and Review
This statement has been approved and signed by the Board of Directors of Nteractive on 24th September 2025 and will be issued annually.
