  • We’re currently recruiting for a UK based Producer who have a track record of delivering high quality customer focused events and has a sound knowledge of event design, including visual, staging and venue design.

    Our Producers are accountable for the development and delivery of all aspects of the presentation of an event - from (but not limited to) communication strategy through show content, media design, decoration and layout of the rooms - within budgets and to clients’ requirements. 

    They maintain a holistic, balanced view and control across all elements of the delivery of the companies’ events. Working collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and clients to provide a creatively inspired, seamlessly delivered, exceptional client experience. Ensuring all legal, regulatory and health and safety requirements are met. 

    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Take ownership of events ensuring a flawless show from start to finish and oversee the design and delivery of events delivered by team members to ensure an exceptional client experience every time  

    • Own and lead the project management and production for assigned events (or workstream(s) within a larger event as directed), ensuring project documentation is up to date and accurate, agreed parameters and budgets are met and that staff take ownership of tasks assigned to them  

    • Work collaboratively with Account Director / Project Director / Executive Producer and others to understand the event objectives, internal and external resource requirements, production, logistical and venue requirements   

    • When appointed project lead, proactively manage the project team ensuring robust project management and meeting cadence. Produce and manage all required project documentation and timelines  

    • Manage small project teams and contractors, providing day to day guidance and support as required, sharing knowledge and experience to develop their skills and demonstrate the Nteractive values at all times  

    • Work with the technical and creative teams and other senior producers in the design and delivery of larger, more complex events, to ensure an exceptional client experience every time   

    • Develop the production brief in collaboration with internal colleagues and the client, turning creatively inspired ideas into practical solutions and giving advice and support on how to ensure the delegate experience is consistent, positive and memorable

    • Act as first point of contact for client on given projects, driving the project forward as required. Manage and respond to their requests and questions in a timely manner  

    • Research and source unique creative solutions to client needs, such as guest speakers, hosts and entertainment

    • Build and manage an effective network of reliable suppliers. Negotiate, scrutinise and manage supplier contracts, quotations and proposals to ensure value for money and consistent high-quality delivery to agreed standards and deadlines  

    • Develop timely and accurate budgets to ensure effective financial delivery of the event, proactively manage budgets, identifying issues and addressing these early with colleagues or clients, as appropriate, with the aim of delivering outstanding value for money for the client  

    • Manage and lead the event onsite, effectively liaising with clients, colleagues, suppliers and venue staff to implement the brief, address any issues, own and solve problems and adapt plans as required, in order to meet client expectations and to deliver an exceptional experience  

    • In partnership with the technical production team, ensure all built items, decoration and other props meet required standards and enhance the reputation of Nteractive as a quality partner to clients and helps achieve repeat business   

    • Seek to continuously improve events and efficiency of the team through analysis of client and attendee feedback and data gathered during and post show  

    • Working with senior and executive producers and creative teams, oversee show content design and production. Ensure all content is produced to the highest of standards  

    Skills, Experience & Competencies:

    The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

    • Proven hands-on experience in a similar Producer role delivering events to deadlines and budget 

    • A track record of delivering high quality customer focused services   

    • Sound knowledge of event design including different types of visuals, staging and venue design  

    • Good financial and business acumen with experience of basic budget and contract management  

    • Competence managing project budgets of more than £500k/$500k 

    • Proven Excel skills at advanced level, confident in Microsoft PowerPoint and sound  ICT skills in general 

    • Liking for and ability to travel throughout the calendar year

  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Strategist to join our team. This role would suit someone who has worked in a strategy role within a brand or experiential agency, is able to be both analytical and strategic, as well as able to think conceptually and creatively. This role is a senior manager level role and is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

    Role Overview

    The Creative Strategist is the conduit between data, intelligence and creative execution, translating insights into actionable creative strategies. They translate vision into a story to bring the event journey to life in a compelling way for our clients and their audiences. Working collaboratively across teams they will be involved in both client work (70%) and internal company strategies (30%).

    Core responsibilities include:

    • Creating and building up front event strategies, including but not limited to audience profiles, attendee experience/journey, brand messaging that aligned to overall event goals.

    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client event objectives, understanding the target audience demographics, market trends and brand / brand messaging.

    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to that showcase the strategic thinking behind creative concepts and the value they bring to their projects.

    • The ability to articulate complex ideas to both internal teams and clients. It’s not enough to write a great strategy, you’ve got to be able to communicate it in a way that is going to inspire your creative colleagues.

    • Demonstrate strategic thought leadership, generating innovative ideas, insights, and opinions and sharing them with others to influence, inspire our business and clients.

    • Examine market and industry reports and events, identifying any important and relevant trends.

    • Participate in, attend and lead where applicable client meetings to discuss any goals, strategies or solutions for events.

    • Provide activation or experiential ideas in coordination with the Creative team.

    • Create measurement/benchmarking metrics to help assess success on objectives.

    • Analyze event performance for benchmarking purposes.

    • Support overall event communications planning (i.e. emails, social, paid media, internal comms, etc.).

    • Support bringing “experience architects” to life internally and in our marketing and new business efforts.

  • We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join our team managing client relationships and architecting brand experiences across several market leading brands in the technology and eCommerce space.

    This position would suit someone with significant experience working at Account Director level within an event agency, who has proven project management skills at a senior level as well as exceptional customer service and client management skills.     Responsibilities

    • Accountable for maintaining and developing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Proactively seek new clients through existing networks, following up on leads, marketing initiatives and positively building on Nteractive’s reputation and brand as appropriate.

    • Build and own strong relationships with clients to understand their short and longer term needs and provide advice and guidance on events; proactively resolve any issues or complaints and develop high levels of trust and commitment to Nteractive.

  • We have a fantastic opportunity for a US based Senior Project Manager to join our talented team working on a wide range of events for l market leading brands in the technology and eCommerce space.

    This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, deliverables and expectations on a project basis. They will work closely with respective Account Directors to provide strong leadership and support to teams on specific projects, or workstreams within a larger project. They will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless, high-quality service, maximised communications and exceptional client experience, whilst ensuring events are profitable.     The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experiences:

    • Significant proven project management and logistical management experience at a similar level in within an agency environment, delivering projects to deadlines and budget

    • Proven experience of leading larger scale, complex conferences and events

    • Incentive experience desirable

    • Strong financial and business acumen with experience of contract management
