Our event planning methodology consists of a series of simple, practical steps you can implement as part of your company’s holistic Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) agenda.

Carbon Measurement & Analysis

We use TRACE, a platform developed by isla to measure the carbon footprint of events before analysing the data and reporting in a way that is easy to understand. This enables you to know the environmental impact of the event and enables us to provide recommendations for objective setting.
Consultancy & Management

Projects start with a client workshop, helping you establish a sustainability roadmap for your event. Our entire team is trained to apply the Better Choices tools, using sustainability as a guiding principle for project management and the event experience.
Working with Suppliers

To help change behaviours and drive change among our partner ecosystem, our focus is to build a supply chain consisting of more sustainably sourced resources and circularity in manufacturing, in order to reduce our waste.
